    Key Charging and Discharging Considerations:


    Strictly match charging parameters


    The upper limit of the charging voltage should not exceed 4.2V (corresponding to the protection board setting), and the lower limit should not be lower than 3.0V. Avoid overcharging (which may cause bulging and leakage) or over-discharging (permanently damaging the battery cells).


    It is recommended to use a low charging current of 0.5C (200mA). Avoid using fast charging plugs (such as those used on mobile phones) that exceed 1C (400mA) to prevent excessive current from causing internal heating.


    Control the charging and discharging ambient temperature


    Maintain an ambient temperature of 0-45°C during charging and -10-60°C during discharging. Avoid charging and discharging in high temperatures (such as in a car under direct sunlight) or low temperatures (such as outdoors in winter). Doing so will significantly shorten the cycle life (normal cycle life is approximately 300-500 cycles, but may drop to less than 200 cycles in extreme temperatures).


    Avoid abnormal discharge behavior:


    Prolonged full-load discharge (e.g., continuous discharge at a 2C rate) is not recommended. A single discharge time of no more than 1 hour is recommended.


    Charge the battery immediately when the device indicates a low battery (voltage ≈ 3.2V). Never discharge the battery to full power (voltage < 3.0V).


    Daily Usage Recommendations


    Device Compatibility and Maintenance


    For use only with devices marked "3.7V Small Lithium Polymer Battery" (e.g., smart bracelets, micro sensors). Do not use with other battery specifications (e.g., 3.6V steel-cased batteries) to prevent voltage mismatch and device malfunction.

    Inspect the battery regularly (every 1-2 months). If you notice bulging of the aluminum-plastic film or leakage from the edges (e.g., sticky white powder), discontinue use and replace the battery immediately to prevent short circuits caused by continued use.


    When the device is idle for an extended period (over 1 month), charge the battery to 3.7-3.8V (approximately 50%-60% capacity) before storing it, rather than fully or emptying it. This will reduce cell degradation.
    During idle periods, recharge the battery every 3 months to maintain the voltage around 3.7V to prevent prolonged battery drain.


    Storage and Protection Recommendations



    Environmental Control


    Store at a temperature of 10-25°C (optimally 20°C) and humidity <60%. Avoid humid environments (such as bathrooms) or near heat sources (such as heaters or ovens) to prevent damage to the aluminum-plastic film and electrolyte deterioration.


    Store the device in an insulated container (such as a plastic box) away from metal objects (keys, coins) to prevent short circuits (which may cause sudden overheating).


    Safe Isolation


    Do not store batteries with flammable or explosive materials (e.g., alcohol, lighters). If storing multiple batteries, wrap each battery individually in an insulating bag to prevent contact between the terminals.


    Transport Protection Recommendations


    Insulation and Cushioning Packaging


    When transporting a single battery, wrap the positive and negative terminals with insulating tape (or use a dedicated insulating cap) and then place the battery in bubble wrap or a foam bag to prevent damage to the aluminum-plastic film due to compression during transport.


    When transporting in bulk (e.g., 10 or more batteries), use anti-static packaging and space each battery apart to prevent static electricity from collisions and friction.

    During transportation, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (e.g., in a car trunk in summer) or freezing (outdoor transport in winter). Batteries can be placed in an insulated bag to maintain a temperature between 10-30°C.
